A satellite of the World Manufacturing Convention, the Low Altitude Economic Development Conference was held in Wuhu, China, from 5 -7 September 2025. Pico delivered comprehensive activation services, encompassing professional conference management, commercial exhibition operations, and full designing and constructions. The extensive effort successfully transformed the 1,000-plus sq. m. conference space into a milestone gathering for the global low-altitude economy.

At the 2025 edition in Shanghai, Pico provided diverse design and build services to deliver an extraordinary booth of over 1,000 sq. m. for HUAWEI Game Center, featuring more than 50 games to showcase the brand’s Harmony OS.

Learning & Teaching Expo 2025

The Learning & Teaching Expo 2025 was a three-day event for educators, leaders and innovators worldwide to explore teaching methods, technology integration and strategies for student engagement. Aiming to bring new energy and value to the Expo while expanding its reach, Pico was appointed to rebrand and curate the event for key government departments and social institutions such as the Development Bureau, Education Bureau, Cyberport, Vocational Training Council, and the Digital Policy Office.

Other than designing and building ‘Infrastructure x Education STEAM’ and ‘Education Bureau (EDB)’ zones, Pico also provided comprehensive event management services for stage and functional areas where 300+ live sessions took place.

Our activation introduced a vibrant new look and an immersive, highly engaging atmosphere for exhibitors and visitors alike. Drawing on our rebranding and curation expertise, the project succeeded in enhancing the Expo’s reputation in Asia’s educational sector.

Archer Aviation at Paris Air Show

One of the leading electric vertical take-off and landing (eVTOL) developers, Archer Aviation’s well-attended booth at the Paris Air Show from 16–22 June 2025 was the result Infinity Marketing Team, a member of the Pico Group. Pico provided comprehensive custom design services, which brought Archer Aviation’s stand concept to life.

The project team aimed to deliver a stylish, cutting-edge edge and inspiring activations that perfectly meet the client’s brand characteristics. Pico team designed a fully immersive experience within Archer Aviation’s customised booth. The booth featured multiple function zones, suspended ceiling, and integrated LED lighting throughout, creating a 360°showcase for the ‘Air Taxi’. The activation also includes a curved 15’ high LED wall integrated with a synchronised light and sound system to deliver the brand's custom content.

State Farm Insurance ‘Open the Vault’ campaign

A key part of State Farm’s integrated Batman vs Bateman campaign, ‘Open the Vault’s main purpose was to accumulate user data and opt-ins for retargeting the company’s client base. It was simultaneously a strategic promotion using the latest Batman vs Bateman commercial video, aiming to underpin the brand’s image using well-known IP.

Infinity Marketing Team (IMT), a member of the Pico Group, was appointed by State Farm to undertake the campaign and leverage the popularity of Batman into actual ROI comprising registrations on State Farm’s custom-made website. In all, the IMT team was responsible for strategy and concept development, design, social media strategy and talent sourcing.

Vietnam Pavilion at Expo 2025 Osaka

Expo 2025 Osaka in Yumeshima, Japan opened its doors to the world in April 2025. Themed ‘Designing Future Society for Our Lives’, it offered nations and companies an opportunity to show off their latest innovations at one of the globe’s highest-profile events. Among those nations was Vietnam, with a 300 sq. m. pavilion created with comprehensive design and construction services from Pico.

To ensure that exhibition visitors would be engaged in their cutting-edge tech, electric vehicle brand BYD appointed Pico to provide comprehensive design and management services for their booth.

Held over four days at Kuala Lumpur’s MITEC trade and exhibition centre, the USANA Live 2024 Asia Pacific Convention offered a range of memorable experiences for potential and existing customers of USANA Health Sciences Inc. The firm entrusted Pico to provide comprehensive creative design, construction and operational expertise for their high-profile event.

A compelling facet of the resulting convention was its thoughtfully designed experiential zones. As well as driving purchases, the zones helped attendees gain product knowledge and build brand loyalty, as well as encouraging post-event advocacy. Extensive gamification features, including a motion control game and instant photo booth, further increased engagement, motivating attendees to explore the brand further and brand distributors to cultivate stronger bonds.

Held from 11-22 November in Baku, Azerbaijan, the 2024 UN Climate Change Conference (COP29) was the second largest in this globally significant event’s history. With Pico working as main official contractor of the event’s ‘Blue Zone’, it also represented a milestone in sustainable event management and an impressive demonstration of how large-scale event activations can align with sustainability goals.
